We recently found a path less than two blocks from our apartment that is at least a couple of miles long. I went out on it again yesterday, and this time brought the camera.
As you can see, yes, we do live near some train tracks. But it's not too loud. 
So lots of pictures but very few words. Sorry for the overload of photos that probably all look the same (?), but I find the mountains almost magical. And I don't really feel like writing much today.
