I am trying to savour this day since it's so quiet. All summer there have been 4 new apartment buildings going up next to us. That means banging, digging, dumping, shoving, yelling, cursing, smashing, peeing, belching, spraying, pounding, etc. going on for about 10 hours every day. Not to mention the fragrant port-a-potty they stationed right outside our kitchen window. But today is the 4th of July, and no construction is going on, and it's blissfully quiet!
Not that I'm complaining too much since we are moving to Montana in less than 3 weeks. We reserved a truck earlier this week. It's becoming more real.
Speaking of quiet, the other night Josh and I were going for a walk and we passed the drugstore down the street and there were several police cars with flashing lights in the parking lot. Of course, I was very curious to know what was going on... I checked the news the next day, and apparently there was a couple from Arkansas who decided to try an armed robbery of the drugstore.
So that's pretty fun.

Have you moved yet? I just met professor who lives in Bozeman. She loves it. I hope everything goes smoothly!
