That's us. Josh got up this morning, saw it was back to being cloudy, and went straight back to bed. Me, I spent most of the afternoon working in my office on campus, trying to get stuff done. We went to see my little brother play the part of Florizel in Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale last night. Got home late, but it was definitely worth it! It reminded me that I haven't spent time with Shakespeare in a long while.
Now I am working on some more poetry, getting a couple of submissions ready. Josh is waxing the car. Soon we will make some pizza and watch a movie. Sounds nice, right?
Josh and I were paging through cookbooks looking for something to make for some dinner guests. This was yesterday and we were both a bit tired (which produces our silly sides). Josh started changing letters around until he sounded like Tweety Bird. So then we were reading descriptions of dishes like Tweety. Then Josh read this one out loud and I just lost it. I think I laughed for 5 minutes straight, until my stomach and throat hurt. It probably won't be as funny to you, but you need to try it. Read the following description out loud, but change all the R's and L's to W:
Jamaican Jerk Pork--this trendy entree gets its flavourful, hot zing from a rub with three spices, including cloves and red peppers.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha!!! twendy entway!
