I can't believe how quickly summer is passing by. This is the last week of teaching up in Sioux Falls for me. I'm kind of sad--these were some of the most enjoyable students I've had in a while, and I'll miss them.
It's wedding season, and we went to another cousin's wedding this weekend. Josh played a few pieces on classical guitar (and his mom accompanied). He did well and I was proud of him.
We also just finished a marathon run of "Twin Peaks." Addictive! The final episode was so unsettling--I wanted it to keep going. At the same time, I don't know if we'd ever get anything else done if we kept watching "Twin Peaks" all the time. So it's probably good that it's done.
I've caught some mysterious cold. Not too fun, but I'll survive.
There isn't much going on here; hence, the lack of posting lately.

Weird, we've been on a twin peaks marathon too. Season 2 recently became available via netflix, so we started watching that. But it had been a while since we'd seen season 1, so then we decided we needed to re-watch that for background. So we've gone through quite a few episodes in the last little while. It is quite addictive.
Don't talk about disappearing summers! I haven't even started mine yet!
What will you do when you have no one to teach?
