surfacing

Sarah's back. Why the delay in bloggage, you ask? What happened? Well, school happened. She doesn't want to talk about it. (she will also stop talking in the third person now)

Life has been busy. We get up at 6:00 every morning now, so Josh can get off to Sioux City for his student teaching. It's early. Kind of too early.

On Friday we saw "The Last King of Scotland" and would definitely recommend it--a fictional, yet accurately horrific portrayal of the dictator in Uganda during the '70s. Apparently he loved all things Scottish?

On Saturday night we went to the Poison Stream concert downtown Vermillion. It was too much fun! It's even more fun to watch other people having so much fun.

Then on Sunday we had our last wedding shower. It's good to get out of the spotlight. Very refreshing. We are currently trying to battle the disaster that is in our apartment. We got so much stuff... where to put it all? After a point, it gets a little sickening to think that there is still yet more things for which to find a home.

I'm also trying to organize the wedding photos so I can put them into an online photo album. I'll let you know as soon as that's up.

In the meantime, who is this cutie???

Ha ha--one thing I have discovered is that every morning when Josh gets up, there is something growing on the back of his head. I think it is a nest.

A nest you say?! Where are the birds?

Just wanted you to know that I am patiently awaiting more pictures :). I would love to feel like I attended something that I didn't, but sure wanted to.
