I'm laughing all the way to the bank...

...because I finally decided to sell my DVDs online. I've sold more than half of them, and I've already made $350!! Nice work, Sarah. Of course, the money just disappears into that black hole that I like to call "debt." But still... The best part was when I walked into the post office yesterday with two bursting plastic bags stuffed full of packages of DVDs. I got about 28743 dirty looks from people waiting in line, and even the "postmistress" gave very audible and disgusted sighs.

So that's how I entertain myself while on spring break. Actually, I'm despairing because the break is almost over, and it just feels like it's been racing past. I need more time.

In sadder news:
Josh just left for his choir tour. Gone for 11 days.

:(

ha ha. I went to the post office today with four empelopes that had to be weighed separately. Luckily I had my two adorable kids with me--their helmet covered heads made all the old ladies smile rather than groan. (They're not really my kids. But they are incredibly cute.)

Where have all the DVDs gone?

oh boo hoo. cry me a river.

let me tell a story (i will be discreet and change names to protect anonymity):

once upon a time there was a boy named gideon. he soon found himself to be "coupled." subsequently, he dropped almost all communication with a good friend of his named sarita who lived far away from him in chicago for about... 10 months? and then, gideon only got in touch with sarita because he needed a place to stay in chicago.

maybe you should be more strategic when you pick your battles. that's only advice.
